The Registered Agent plays a key role in LLC’s and Corporations. Business entities, like LLC’s, are required to appoint a Registered Agent when formed. The most basic function of a Registered Agent is to ensure your business can reliably receive official and legal notices and legal process.
When we file your LLC for you, you will be required to list a Registered Agent. We have provided a Registered Agent Service at an additional cost to make it easy for small businesses to complete the process of legally forming their Limited Liability Company.
If you choose the File My LLC service option with the added Registered Agent Service, we will send your Registered Agent information to you within a week.
