As a former in-house and trial attorney, I’ve seen the dark side of business.

My client would get sued and it would be nearly impossible to defend them due to missing contracts or other vital protection. I would constantly see my clients’ heartbreaking reactions because they failed to put any legal foundations in place.

And, when asked why, it was typically because “legal” just wasn’t affordable.

This is why I created the
