EMPLOYEE NON-DISCLOSURE (NDA) AGREEMENT

This form is designed to help protect your company’s confidential information by ensuring that employees do not disclose sensitive material.  This is different from a business to business NDA that you would typically see in business deals.

How to Use this Form:

2) Read through the ENTIRE AGREEMENT at least once before editing.
