Business Owner: These general terms and conditions are for product-based businesses and related services. Terms and conditions describe the rules and details governing your good/product.  They are essential for setting out the terms (or rules) for how buyers can purchase your goods/products, under what conditions they can purchase them, how they can receive a refund (or no refund), and other essential terms you will want to make clear to your buyers. 

You can update (and should update) these Terms at any time.  If you do, however, ensure that you update the “Last Update” date.  These are to be used with Terms of Use and a Privacy Policy.

Please be aware that the nature of your website might require more extensive terms and conditions. It’s best to consult an attorney to make sure your terms of use has all the necessary provisions. They can get complicated—real quick.

How to Use this Form:

2) Read through the ENTIRE AGREEMENT at least once before editing.
