Operating Agreement (Single Member LLC)

Business Owner: This is an LLC operating agreement for a single owner that is managing it. This is the most common type for a single owner with a small business.  This document sets out that the sole member, you, will act as the President, Secretary and Treasurer and that the LLC will be a disregarded entity (flow through or pass through of business taxes to the owner) as it concerns its tax status.  This can be revised at any time should you choose to change it.  In addition, make sure you execute (sign) this document in both your personal capacity and as the LLC representative. We want to ensure that the LLC is a party to the operating agreement that you are creating.
