Business Owner: If you have an online course, you can use these terms to govern the participation of your course. Course Terms (or “Course Agreement”) is a document typically posted online on the URL where the course will be provided, where the course provider (the entity or business providing the course for sale and access) makes clear to the participant all of the terms and conditions that apply to the course.
How to Use this Form:
1) Download the Word Document (so that document can be edited).
2) Read through the ENTIRE AGREEMENT at least once before editing.
(Become familiar with the form and any documents you may need).
3) Revise the HIGHLIGHTED Information as needed.
4) Delete any NOTES that may be written in.
5) Last, make sure you have these Terms properly posted either online or given to the participant
to acknowledge. This can typically be done online by having the participant check an applicable
box after reviewing.
6) Keep a COPY of the Signed (and/or acknowledged) Agreement in Your files.
