Copywriter Cancellation of Services Notice

If you want to terminate your copywriting services with a client, this is the form to use. This is typically sent when your client fails to pay.  You may want to review your original agreement to see if you can cancel services and if there are any early cancellation penalties.  This is typically found in the Termination Section of your agreement.  In completing, you will also want to ensure you are properly documenting all issues and reasons for cancellation. We also recommend that this Notice be sent by some type of trackable mail system, such as: Certified Mail, Return Receipt, Signature Confirmation, and/or Email Read Receipt, etc.

How to Use this Form:

1) Download the Word Document (so that document can be edited).

2) Read through the ENTIRE AGREEMENT at least once before editing.

    (Become familiar with the form and any documents you may need).

3) Revise the HIGHLIGHTED Information as needed.

4) Delete any NOTES that may be written in.

5) And last, confirm that ALL parties identified. Execute (Sign) the Agreement.

6) Keep a COPY of the Signed Agreement in your files.
