No, that is not something we offer with this membership. There are no trial periods and no refunds. You can cancel anytime after the 3 months just by simply cancelling at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment.

If you select the monthly plan, your card will be automatically charged the same day every month for the type you purchased. If you choose annually, your card will be automatically charged the same day every year.

If you select the monthly option, we do require a 3-month commitment.  After that you can cancel at any time.

Yes! You will be able to set up your business with a strong foundation right from the start. Even if you don’t know what to ask yet, our training and your interaction with other members in the community will help get your business off to a great start!

As long as you are a small business this membership is for you. It doesn’t matter how many years you’ve been in business, if you’re a small business (less than 50 employees) then the information we cover during our training and calls will help you.

Everything you need to know will be in the Membership portal. Make sure to turn on notifications as you will receive updates for Live Q&A’s and Monthly Training. In addition, you will receive major updates to your email. So be sure to add [email protected] to your contacts and priority inbox so you receive all your reminders as soon as we send them. 

Legal services that are discounted are only for Bounds Law and if you qualify. You must sign a separate engagement letter with Bounds Law to qualify. Discounts do not include government or other outside 3rd party fees as we cannot control such charges. It does include however, all our services such as contract drafting, trademarks, Legalfluence Map Out Meetings, and entity formation.

Bounds Law, if you qualify** does several different types of Map Out meetings that include our Legalfluence Academy Framework and depends on where your business is at or needs.  In general though, they are a legal audit focusing on different areas that your business needs at that time.  A legal audit is where an attorney at Bounds Law can dissect your business and tell you what we think you need in that particular area. You also leave with a Plan of Action, aka our “Legal Map”, that details your businesses high legal considerations that we believe your business needs now, over the next year, and into the future.
